What type of PEOPLE are CARING for your CHILDREN?

There has been a flux of shocking articles going around. These articles are about the MURDERS, DEATHS AND INJURIES of young innocent babies and children. It brings tears to my eyes, and tears to heart to hear about this. Why? because these are very defenseless children. They can not defend themselves and in a lot of cases they can not even formulate words to express their feelings. Some stories reek of child abuse. Some reek of neglect. Some reek even of sexual abuse. Some of these Atrocities have been committed by acquaintances, some by family members, some by child care providers, some by grandparents, some by parents and some have even been committed by women's boyfriends. Do you really know these people who are taking care of your children? Do you? Sometimes we see things that we do not want to see, so we ignore them. Sometimes we hear things that seem unbelievable, so we throw it out of the window. Sometimes we put things out of our minds because we can not handle it. I think it is human nature for us to be trusting. We trust people that are related to us, we do this automatically. We may feel that they would never do us any harm what so ever or our children. We have a tendency to trust those that we have romantic feelings for also. We may feel that if a man loves a woman, cherishes her and is non violent that there is no possibility that he would hurt our children. We are so trusting to those who we feel have a measure of authority and responsibility like child care providers. Our reasoning maybe that these people have taken care of children for years and they really care for them, but is this really so? THERE ARE TOO MANY CASES so I will only mention a few. This story comes out of Miami. There is a precious, and beautiful, five (5) month old baby boy that is fighting for his little life. He is on life support, he is expecting not to make it. What happened? According to investigations, it was told that the child fell off of the bed, but the injuries were not consistent with the incident. At this point no one is really telling what really happened, especially not the perpetrator. His name is Antwan Sawyer and he is the twenty eight (28) year old boyfriend of the child's mother. He is being charged with aggravated child abuse and great bodily harm. A check of this man's record show that he has a extensive history of arrest. He has been charged with aggravated assault with a firearm, grand theft, selling cocaine, petty theft, possession of cannabis, grand theft and resisting arrest with violence. This sad story comes out of Chicago. A sixty one (61) year old grandmother name Alfreda Giedroj is under arrest for killing her grandchild. Her son dropped of his child, and shortly after that time the little baby girl was laid on the couch. It is said that the grandmother got a sledge hammer from the closet, and began to smash the baby girl in the head and about the body with it. The baby continued to cry so the grandmother proceeded to get a large carving knife from the kitchen and slit the baby's throat. She is being held without bail on first degree murder charges. The grandmother did confess to the crime on tape BUT did not give a reason to why she did it. It is said that the authorities are not giving out any information to whether she has mental problems or not. This next story comes out of South Carolina. Timothy Ray Jones Jr. killed his five children, ages one (1) to eight (8) at home by "violent means". It is claimed that the father of these children willfully and maliciously killed his children, placed them in his Cadillac Escalade, drove to Alabama and then placed the bodies in individual plastic trash bags and discarded the trash in the woods. He has been charged with five (5) counts of murder. Case files show that state social services officials had investigated Jones after receiving allegations of abuse earlier this year. They said that he was OVERWHELMED with his responsibilities. THERE YOU HAVE IT FOLKS. MY TAKE ON THE MATTER. Let me know how you feel. Please SUBSCRIBE, COMMENT, SHARE AND LIKE! Until the next time my inquisitives, BE KIND, BE LIKEABLE, BE CAREFUL AND BE AWARE!
