HOW CAN I THIN MY BLOOD NATURALLY?

Diabetes, High Blood Pressure, High Cholesterol, Heart Attacks, many illnesses, and blood disorders may cause problems with the blood. The blood may become thick, sluggish and stick together causing a clot. Blood clots can be very dangerous because they can travel from any place in the body and end up at the lung, heart, or brain, etc... causing major problems. Individuals may decide turn to the medical field for help. In some cases the doctor may provide a prescription for blood thinners. One infamous prescribed blood thinner is called Coumadin. Coumadin has been around of many, many years. This drug has great benefits BUT like other prescribed drugs it has side effects and intersections that can be DEADLY. WHAT MAY CAUSE THE BLOOD TO CLOT? Whenever there is an interruption of the natural blood flow, a blood clot can be formed. The body is exposed to many substances, some may be waxy build-ups which can formulate inside an artery. This waxy build, called plaque is exposed to blood triggering the blood clotting process. Atrial fibrillation can contribute to blood clots. Atrial fibrillation is when the heart rhythm is not normal. During this time, blood pools can form in the heart, potentially forming blood clots. If a blood clot gets loose and moves toward the brain, it can cause a stroke. If a person is unable to move for a certain period of time, this can reduce the blood flow in the legs, increasing the risk for blood clots in the leg veins.
