How can I kill my two ENEMIES?

"

"How can I kill my two enemies? Actually I have more than two, but these two are the only ones I can kill right now! No, I am not talking about humans, even though there are a few people I would love to put under the ground for a few months (lol). These enemies I can control but I have a problem controlling them. Their names are S and S."

" "

"You have heard of them before, actually they are in your lives also. They cause havoc sometimes, cause great complications and even death. It is shame because we can control them , I can control them but sometimes I don't. Have you guessed what I am talking about? I am talking about SUGAR and SALT/SODIUM."

" "

"This is a topic that many people ignore until it is too late. I admit that I am one of those persons as well."

" "

"I have decided to talk about sugar, salt/sodium because it is important, very very important. These items or foods are staples in our lives. We can not avoid them entirely, that is an impossibility but we can reduce the assumption of them for better health."

" "

"Lets talk about sugar first! There is sugar in everything that we eat. There is manufactured sugar, raw sugar, and natural sugar just to name a few. According to the guidelines at least in the U.S. women are suppose to have six (6) teaspoons of sugar a day and men are suppose to have nine (9). Looking at the amount of sugar that are in the foods that we eat and drink everyday we go way over board. Looking at pre sugared drinks alone we should be dead. One serving of soda has at least 9 grams of sugar which equates to a little over two teaspoons of sugar per serving. That is if it is an eight ounce bottle of soda that equates to one serving alone."

"

"
Why is this important? It is important because sugar can cause obesity, contribute to diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease, lung problems, breathing problems, strokes, heart attacks, tooth decay, headaches, kidney problems, eye sight problems, dizziness and can even lead to death."

" "
"What about sodium? That is another story in itself. Would you believe that the same complications that sugar can cause sodium/salt overload/intake can cause as well. Just like with sugar, sodium can be hidden in so many foods. It is in everything, especially processed foods. Everything is processed now and days and it makes it so convenient to use in today's busy society. The recommended daily allowance for sodium intake is 2400 milligrams. What does that mean? I was told that 2300 mg equals about one teaspoon and 6 grams of salt per day. Wow! can I live off of that amount of salt/sodium a day?"

" "
"This reminds me that I need to check myself. For better health I need to take note and measure my sugar intake as well as my salt and sodium intake, especially if I want better health and if I want to live, and live a good quality of life!"
I may not be able to kill my two enemies all together but I can surely slow them down from harming, debilitating and/or killing me!"

I HATE COWARDS!

Have you noticed that I have put the post of this blog in all capital letters? Would you like to know why? I really, really hate cowards. I know that all humans have some cowardice in them including me BUT when I see on a major scale how cowardly people are, it boils my blood.

I see and hear about this each and every day. I am pretty sure that we all do. I see it when I am out in my everyday activities. I see it on the videos on you tube. I hear about it on the news broadcast and I read about it online.

Many may say it is easier said than done to have courage. Some people just do not want to get involved. They may feel that they will get hurt or even killed, and that may be true. Some may feel that they do not have the time or that it may not even do any good.

In some situations we just have to "muster up courage". Mustering up courage may save someone's life. An infant, a child, a grandma, an uncle, cousin, niece, nephew, sister, mother, father, or even a grandpa. You get the point. We often look the other way or make up excuses to things we should get involved in.

For example, if you are in a grocery store and you see a mother beating her child abusively. What would you do? Would you stop her, say something to her, go tell security or even call the police? OR would you say under your breath how shameful that is and walk away. To some it may be easier to just walk away and say it is "none of my business" until you find out later that the child was hospitalized or found dead. What would you say then and how would your heart feel?

What would you do if you knew that your neighbor was secretly taping another neighbors house that he has been stalking and watching her sexually. Would you ask to watch the tapes or would you muster up the courage to go to the authorities and turn in this pervert? It could be you, your daughter, or your mother!

What if you found out that one of your relatives is selling drugs. What you have the mentality that "he is just doing what he has to do to survive" ? Come on,  there are so many other things that a person can do other than to sell drugs. You mean to tell me that an intelligent human being can not think of another occupation, than to be a street drug vendor! Give me a break. Some may not turn this person in because they feel that they have a loyalty to him because this person is their relative. It takes courage to do this, great courage!

I often wonder how it would have turned out if ALL of those having information about Elliot Rodger's mental status and his plans to kill would have courageously and tenaciously told the authorities. If they had, there may have been a different out come. Lives could have been saved. I have to always remember, always remember and remind myself that COURAGE IS NOT A POSSESSION OF ALL PEOPLE!

I have a confession!

I have a deep, deep serious confession. This confession may be very serious to some and not so serious to others. No I have not run over anyone, or have been in a shoot out or have slapped someone face, even though I would love to do that, I have so many on my list (lol). The truth is I confess to well, having an ADDICTION. Many people struggle with this addiction like I do. Some will admit to this addiction and many will not. I STAND UP TO YOU TODAY WITH MY HAND OVER MY HEART AND ADMIT THAT I HAVE AN ADDICTION!

Some people are addicted to sex (not me). Some are addicted to cigarettes (no puff puff's for me). Some are addicted to alcohol (not really a drinker). Some are addicted to drugs (no it's not drugs of any kind).

My addiction, are you ready? Well, well, my addiction is to (wait for it, wait for it), DAIRY. There I said it, DAIRY. I have this extreme craving, this un natural desire for dairy. I think about dairy morning, noon and night! I do not know whether it is because I have a vitamin deficiency or what but I crave diary like crazy.

I love, love, and love pizza, milk, cheese and ice cream like no ones business. When I try to shy away from it by body goes into withdraw. You should see me, my body pants and hurts for dairy. I know this is not normal.

I am not surprised that I have this addiction because I have an addictive personality! Have you ever heard of addictive personalities? A person with an addictive personality is a person that has certain personality traits that makes them predisposed or makes a person prone to addictions. People who have addictive personalities are at high risk of becoming addicted to gambling, food, pornography, exercise, work and codependency.

There are so many factors that come into play when it comes to having an addictive personality. All of them are very interesting, but the biological factor is the one I am interested in right now because it explains some things about me.

One source mentioned that neurotransmitters are another factor thought to give fire to addictive personalities. Unbalances in dopamine levels can lead people to engage in activities that give them a dopamine “high,” which then becomes addicting.

That statement explains it perfectly. When I think about dairy, whether it is pizza, milk, cheese or ice cream I get overly excited. When I eat these food I get an extreme high, I am on cloud 9, 10, 11, and 12. The high is almost unexplainable. During the process of eating these food, the high gradually comes down slowly. It is kind of weird I would say. I have been experiencing this for many, many years.

This addiction can be very dangerous. Eating high amounts of dairy can lead to health problems like high cholesterol, heart disease and high blood pressure just to name a few.

Positive Thinking!

I was always told to be an optimistic person. I was always told to be a positive person, to look at the good over the bad, to look at the happiness instead of the sad. Sometimes that is easier said than done. Living in today's society can be a challenge. The news media, the neighborhood, the economy, joblessness, bad health, ill family members may be things that may cause one's view to be pessimistic.

Can this attitude be turned around? Is it an easy process? Where does one start? I know for some it can be a very hard task especially when you have a horrible support system. When you are surrounded by people whom are negative or have a pessimistic view about things.

The first thing to do is to clear your path! What does this mean? It means that you have to get rid of anyone or anything that has a pessimistic or negative view. This can be a person or a thing. This is extremely important because negativity can  bring you down and can KEEP you down.

Next is the resolution! Now once you get rid of this person(s) or/and things it is important to keep them out. Why would anyone want a hand pushing them under water when you are trying to be above the water. That does not make sense, does it?

Have a mind set of ignoring! What does this mean? Have you ever run into a person that always has something negative to say to your positive conversation? Whether it is a friend, a foe or an associate? This person or these people try to make you feel bad about yourself, your talents, education, job, intelligence, your life, etc... Just ignore them. Work on being like alligator skin, tough and blow them off. Work on witty come back statements that will blow them out of the water, and shut them up.

Meditation! One definition of meditation is to think deeply or to ponder over things. It is a good idea to find a quiet place (if possible) and think about ALL of the positive things that has happened in one's life. It is also beneficial to think about all of the positive things that you WANT to come into your life as well.

Action is needed and required! It is nice to live in a fairytale world where we think of happiness and positivity and by a blink of an eye it just happens. We have to put things into action. We have to find the steps that are needed and required and apply them. This can be hard depending on what it is but it is attainable. Some things are harder than others.

The next and I would say the most important step is prayer. Some people do not believe in the master of the universe, God, BUT I DEFINITELY DO! Prayer is described by some, as a respectful communication with a powerful deity that resides over the universe. In prayer you can request, beg, entreat, inform, petition, praise, talk, and/or engage. We can pray to Almighty God and ask him to help clear our hearts and to help us to be positive people, and thinkers. We can also ask him to help us to reach our goal in doing so continually. We can ask him to help us to be happy people. It is a wonderful thing to be a happy, positive person just like THE HAPPY GOD!

Can you hate the dead?

Have you ever loved someone so much that you were willing to sacrifice everything you have?  Have you ever bent over backwards to provide for someone that was in desperate need? Have you shared those special moments of tenderness and private moments that you would never share with anyone else on the face of the earth? Only to find out in the long run that you were the only HONEST and GENUINE ONE in the relationship! Have you ever found out that the person you thought was your friend really despised you secretly? That this person taped your conversations with them and shared it with others to get them to hate you? This same person talked about you like a dog, making fun of you and belittling you behind your back! All of this you found out after they died.

How does this make you feel? Do you feel sick inside? Do you feel angry? Do you feel hurt deep down in your heart? Do you feel sad and disappointed? Or do you feel shocked and empty? How could this person smile in your face and really loathe you?

Many thoughts flood your mind as to why? Why did this person hate me? Why would this person deceive me into thinking that we had a loving friendship? Why would this person want to smear my name, to destroy my relationship with others? Why? Why? Why? and Why?

As you search your fragile heart for clues and answers, you still are puzzled! Now that the person has died there is no way you can confront him? There is no conversation. There is no closure. There is nothing BUT your broken heart almost shattered to pieces!

Can you HATE this person? Can you loathe the person that loathed you and despised you now that they are gone. Can you really harbor resentment for an individual that is non existent? Can you forgive? Will you forgive? Or will you harbor this feeling of hurt and pain until the rest of YOUR days?

Noisy Neighbors!

Noisy, noisy neighbors! Do you have them? I do. They live right on top of me, right above my head. They are getting on my laaaaaast nerves. I would consider myself a patient person with a considerable amount of tolerance BUT tolerance and patience definitely has its' limits. My neighbors makes so much noise sometimes I wonder if fifty people are living in the one bedroom apartment.

When I first rented the condo apartment about two years ago, it was wonderful. It was the perfect size, it was modern and beautiful. I was told that an elderly lady lived there alone. Ahhhh that was just  perfect for me. I was so happy because I said I could finally live with some peace and quiet. You see the apartments that I moved from was so full of noise and illegal activities, it was just RIDICULOUS. Now I found heaven. SO I THOUGHT!

The tenants upstairs moved in without any fan fare. They were so quiet that I never knew the elderly lady moved out and this FIGURATIVE FOOTBALL team moved in. One day all of a sudden, I heard this banging and a lot of tools as if the tenants were taking out fixtures from the sink in the kitchen. I wondered to myself what in the Hades are these people doing?

After that it was pretty much quiet. It was so quiet that I thought these people had moved out. As I listened carefully I heard a shuffle of feet, and a light walk across the floor. I said to myself , okay they are still there. This was pretty cool because the noise was very light. I could hear them walking around and it was everyday noise. I could deal with that.

THEN ALL OF A SUDDEN THINGS CHANGED. I was sleep one night and I heard a BIG BANG noise in my bedroom, it woke me up out of my sleep and shook my ceiling! I said to myself "Here we go again". I thought that this was an isolated incident BUT BOY WAS I WRONG!

Over the months to follow the noise started to increase and the members of the" FOOTBALL TEAM" increased also.

I started hearing very heavy footsteps, heavy banging, heavy running, heavy stomping, heavy jumping, heavy rolling, heavy wrestling! I wondered what the Hades are they doing now and how many people are living there?

The noise and it's severity increased. I wondered, had someone turned this apartment into a center for mentally ill people and/ or a homeless shelter? Was this a center for run away children? If not what in the world could these people be doing to cause so much noise?

I told what was going on to my landlord BUT she did not say much.

After a while the noise and the activity from upstairs decreased. I was so happy, maybe I can get some decent sleep. NOT!!!!!!!!!!

The noise started once again, and it had gotten worse. Most of the time, I wish I could stick my hand slowly through the ceiling, grab their ankles, clip them up and make them fall head first. Some days the noise is soooo loud, I wish I had a shot gun so I could seriously shoot through the ceiling, and shoot someone in the foot. Yes, some days it is THAT BAD!

It is a shame that people are so very selfish and have no consideration for their neighbors. This shows a lack of HUMILITY also. A quality that is lacking in some people. If I would have known then, what I know now, I would have PASSED on this lovely little condo. apartment. STAY TUNED!

Unsolved Murders!

I asked my closest and dearest friend a question one day. I asked him, if someone murdered me would he try and find my killer. This seemed so weird to him that he just looked at me and stared. He did not answer me so I asked him the question again. He turned it into a joke, he laughed and smiled and said he would call in the cavalry, search high and low to find my killer.

I did not ask him the question as a joke. I really wanted to know if he really loves me as much as he says that he does or whether he was just blowing smoke. My question was a serious one, not a playful one at all.

Each year thousands of men, women and children go missing. Quite a few are found dead. They have been brutally beaten or assaulted in some form or another and then murdered. I often wonder what really happened to those people?

I look at a lot of unsolved mystery types of shows. I find that in harmony with what the authorities claim, some of the people have been murdered by someone that they know and/or are acquainted with. Usually it is a boyfriend, a family member, a mate, a co-worker, a neighbor or an associate of some sort. Sometimes it may be a warped stranger that has zoomed in and focused on an individual.

The problem is finding the evidence that links the killer with his or her victim.

Sometimes when a person is found murdered the crime scene has been trampled on. Too many people trying to thwart their authority over a another. Sometimes evidence is overlooked, or thrown to the side or even considered irrelevant to the case.

Many years may go by before a case is even looked into properly. Individuals roles have changed and some persons in authority retire. Evidence may be destroyed (intentionally or unintentionally) or get misplaced in one way or another.

Decades may go by with no leads to what has ever happened. Parents, mates, children, family, and friends lives have been shattered. Some family members die without ever knowing who murdered their loved ones.  Many hold out an optomistic hope that one day the murderer will be captured. In most cases that is just a fairy tale.

My heart truly goes out to those people. I can ONLY IMAGINE what and how they feel.

If I were ever murdered, I just hope that my family, friends and loved ones would do everything in their power to find my killer so that I wont become a statistic. So I won't be one of those persons whose murder is unsolved!

If anyone has information about a crime or an unsolved murder please report it to the authorities.  Please muster up the courage. You can report it anonymously. Please report it to your local police and/or the F.B.I. You can also visit www.wetip.com or call 1800-78-crime.

To answer someone's question, No I am not getting paid for this. I just care!
